About the speaker
The research examines legal issues that may be raised as a result of potentially conflicting health law interventions and, to some extent, kinship. Subjects of research include, but are not limited to, the following legal issues: abortion; euthanasia and medical suicide; organ donation and organ trafficking; prenatal testing, medical care, surrogacy; biobanking; research of people; coercive measures.
The lecture was organized by the Department of Intellectual Property and Private Law of the FSP in cooperation with the Department of Hardware and Software Automation of IHF
The formation of intolerance to corruption among the population is one of the key activities in the systemic fight against corruption. That is why it is very important to hold informational events aimed at creating an atmosphere of anti-corruption (Article 13 of the UN Convention against Corruption).
The state must take appropriate measures to ensure that society understands the existence, causes and dangerous nature of corruption. The implementation of educational programs, in particular training programs for teachers, meets this goal. We invite all interested teachers to join the course of training and training on integrity, developed by the Department of Education and Training Programs of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption. KPI and Barristers have signed a memorandum of cooperation. FSP students will practice with the best lawyers in the country.
At the initiative of Barristers, a legal business school of European level will be established at KPI on the basis of FSP.
Such cooperation will help to strengthen the practical training of students, including work with legal documents, participation in court debates. This will help graduates enter the labor market by competitive professionals.
