Master 081 “Law” (SET)

The procedure for admission to training and professional conduct single entrance test for admission to study for a Master’s Degree in specialty 081 “right” using organizational processes external evaluation exercise carried out in accordance with the third paragraph – in the seventh paragraph 2 of section VII and paragraph 4 . Section III Terms of admission to universities in 2017.

For the competitive selection of persons on the basis of a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree, educational qualification of specialist) come to study for a Master’s Degree in specialty 081 “Law” shall be counted scores the only professional entrance test using organizational processes implementation of the EIT that has the following components:

Test of law;
test of general academic legal competence;
test in a foreign language (English, German, French or Spanish).
The program consists of entrance examinations testing program with general academic legal competence (TZNPK) and software disciplines:

“Constitutional Law of Ukraine”;
“Civil Law of Ukraine”;
“Civil Procedure Law of Ukraine”;
“Criminal Law of Ukraine”;
“Criminal Procedural Law of Ukraine”;
“Administrative law of Ukraine”.

The procedure for admission to training and professional conduct single entrance test for admission to study for a Master’s Degree in specialty 081 “right” using organizational processes external evaluation exercise carried out in accordance with the law.

An applicant who confirmed their level of knowledge, including English, valid certificate TOEFL test or International English Language Testing System or certificate Sambridge English Language Assessment (not below the level B1 of the Council of Education or similar level) are exempted from the entrance exam in a foreign language. In determining the results of the competition these certificates are equivalent to the results of the entrance exam in a foreign language with the highest score.

On admission to a Master’s Degree in specialty 081 “right” people who have the disease listed in the list of diseases that may impede the passage of citizens of the EIT approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Ministry of Health of Ukraine February 25, 2008 number 124/95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 7, 2008 at number 189/14880, persons discharged from military service (including demobilized) after November 30, 2016, and persons performing military service ( except conscripts) in the manner determined by the relevant provisions of military service by citizens of Ukraine have the right to participate in the competition by the results of the entrance exam in a foreign language and professional tests.
