On November 14–15, 2025, the International Conference “Mediation & Universities 2.0” was held. Holovko Olga, Associate Professor of the Department of Intellectual Property and Private Law, and Maksym Yenin, Acting Head of the Department of Sociology of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, together with Ruslana Havrylyuk, a representative of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi University, moderated the panel discussion “Mediation in the Sphere of Justice, Business and Labor”.

The event emphasized the importance of partnership between universities at the national and international levels and contributed to strengthening the culture of resolving disputes through mediation.
