{"id":5107,"date":"2025-11-21T13:46:06","date_gmt":"2025-11-21T10:46:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ivpp.kpi.ua\/?p=5107"},"modified":"2026-01-12T17:22:49","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T14:22:49","slug":"classes-on-mediation-and-prospects-for-its-application-mediation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ivpp.kpi.ua\/en\/classes-on-mediation-and-prospects-for-its-application-mediation\/","title":{"rendered":"Classes on mediation and prospects for its application mediation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On November 5, 2025, within the framework of studying the discipline \u201cProblems of Public and Private Law\u201d for master&#8217;s students of the National University \u201cChernihiv Polytechnic\u201d, a lesson on mediation and prospects for its application in resolving administrative disputes was held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was conducted by the mediator and associate professor of the Department of Intellectual Property and Private Law of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Olga Holovko. This is the second year in a row that she has shared with students her experience and applied approaches to the use of mediation in the public and legal sphere. We are grateful for the stable partnership with colleagues from Chernihiv Polytechnic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was held within the framework of the implementation of the international project in the field of education &#8220;Scientific Research: European Integration on the Strategic Development of Intellectual Property&#8221; (EUSDIP) of the Jean Monnet &#8220;Module&#8221; direction of the Erasmus+ program No. 101126995.
